Our Winter Menu starts on Tuesday 12th November!
As the days get colder and darker, we want to bring some of the Peruvian summer to London. Our Winter Menu will be packed with a variety of ceviches you haven't seen before, full of colours & aphrodisiac flavours. From our Poncho de Palta, with avocado, beetroot kiwicha, asparagus shavings and amarillo tiger's milk, to our Wasabass, with seabass, golden berries and wasabi tiger's milk.
Each dish is the result of an immense amount of time, passion and love – or as we would say, ‘cariño’.
