Say hola to our Spring Menu!
On Tuesday 17th March we are launching our Spring menu with fresh and vibrant dishes influenced by the wider flavours of Latin America. The menu is centred around Peruvian dishes with a twist. From sticky wings coated with a chifa-style glaze popular in Peru, Ecuador, Chile and Bolivia, to zesty lime cheesecake with fragrant hibiscus syrup inspired by Mexico’s popular Agua de Jamaica, the menu embraces the diverse ingredients from across the continent to create a menu of sharing dishes, ideal for convivial dining with groups of friends and family.
New dishes from the menu include:
- Yana Tuna Ceviche: tuna, rocoto chilli tiger’s milk, pickled pineapple, samphire, radish, pickled onion
- Sticky Wings with a chifa-style sweet and savoury smoked panca chilli glaze
- Watermelon, quinoa and feta salad with a lemon and cancha vinaigrette
- Lime cheesecake with hibiscus syrup, mixed berries, quinoa crumble and lime meringue
The dishes will sit alongside a new menu of ‘Caipipiscos’ a Peruvian riff on Brazil’s national cocktail, the Caipirinha, made using Sol de Plata Quebranta pisco for a heady and citrus aperitif.
