Dia de los Muertos - Day of the Dead celebrations
This October we will be hosting a two week, seasonal spectacular to celebrate El Dia De Los Muertos (The Day of The Dead). We have prepared a limited edition menu created by our founder and chef Martin Morales & trick or treat giveaways.
Running from 21st October to 3rd November, we will pay tribute to Mexico’s Dia De Los Muertos, fusing the fresh and vibrant flavours of Peruvian cooking with Mexican classics to create a vibrant menu of filling tacos and boozy cocktails. The special menu will include:
Brisket, Amarillo chilli salsa criolla taco
Pork Belly, tomato salsa, pickled onion taco (gf)
Black beans, guacamole, sweet potato crisp taco (vg, gf)
Traditional Pumpkin Doughnuts ‘Picarones’, cinnamon ice cream
Hibiscus infused pisco, mezcal, blood orange liqueur, lime, agave, hibiscus salt.
Aji limo, vanilla & marigold infused pisco, blackberry & lavender cordial, agave, lime juice.
