CEVICHE’S NEW SEASON MENU
We've just launched our New Season Menu at Ceviche. Check it out HERE. It’s the best menu we’ve ever created as we are going back to our roots with traditional dishes including Peru's most soulful dish Aji de Gallina (kinda like a mild chicken curry) and our classic Causa Santa Rosa (beetroot tartare, avocado and potato mousse).
And of course, we have some exquisite new ceviches like our Passionate Salmon (with passion fruit tiger's milk) and Ceviche Peruano; the quintessential seabass ceviche with classic tiger’s milk with all the zest and freshness, just like you get in Lima.
