“When I was growing up in Peru, I was lucky to taste the most exquisite flavours and have access to the most fascinating ingredients. The Peruvian larder is mind blowing, and so one day I hoped I could share it with other people”. – Martin Morales, chef and founder, Ceviche Family

After a successful 15-year career in hospitality, music, entertainment and events, Martin began creating supper clubs and pop ups in London that eventually led to the opening of Ceviche Soho in 2012. Our pioneering restaurant became the first of its kind in the UK and introduced Peruvian cuisine to London and to many chefs, cooks and foodies around the world.

Today we have six beautiful restaurants within two distinct brands: Ceviche and Andina.

Ceviche focuses on the dishes of Peru’s coast and its capital Lima, while Andina celebrates the cooking of the Peruvian Andes.

We also have a catering and events company, an art gallery showcasing Peru’s top 50 contemporary artists, Tiger’s Milk Records, a music company releasing cutting edge Peruvian music, and we support the Amantani and Action Against Hunger charities, as well as playing an active role in sustainability and social welfare within our community.
