With a focus on Peru’s criollo, nikkei, and chifa cooking, Ceviche Soho was the first restaurant of its kind in the UK, paving the way for the Peruvian food revolution. Bringing together elements of fine dining, casual eating and street food through our small sharing plates and innovative pisco cocktails, Ceviche Soho was inspired by our founder Martin Morales' childhood in Peru and by the cooking of his great aunts Carmela and Otilia.

Ceviche takes its inspiration from the unique flavours of Peru’s coast and the hip urban culture of Lima, Peru’s capital city.

Our two award-winning restaurants Ceviche Soho and Ceviche Old St – both with their own differing characters – put a stylish, modern London twist on Peruvian food and culture, delivering both with an ethos lead by our motto, aquí se cocina con cariño: here we cook with love.

Both restaurants are dedicated to sharing Peru’s dynamic music scene and have strong links with our record label Tiger’s Milk Records. We hold regular events and music nights with special guest DJs that play electronic, funk, chicha and cumbia among other rhythms.
