Head Chef, Sous Chefs and Kitchen Management

Sous Chef (Andina, Notting Hill)
Chef de Partie (Various locations)

Each of our restaurants is unique and run by an experienced team that has worked in both fine-dining and Michelin-starred restaurants and in fun, casual and exciting restaurants. Each of our sites focuses on different dishes and ingredients using British and Peruvian native ingredients and influences.
